My family moved to Raleigh only a few years ago and we have been renting, and recently decided to buy a house. Once I contacted Ernie, he was nothing but helpful, open, honest, and professional! As first time home buyers we had a lot of expectations from what we "wanted" in a home and how much we could afford.
