Woodlawn is a short commute for people working at Research Triangle Park or use RDU International Airport on a frequent basis.  Residents are less than 20 minutes to downtown Raleigh and all the amenities it has to offer. There is a Homeowners Association with monthly dues of $105.00 per quarter which is very reasonable considering the amenities being offered.
